Questions, answered

Is this a real travel booking?
No. OnwardHop currently runs in TEST mode. All confirmations are demo documents, not valid airline tickets or proof of onward travel.
Can I use this for a visa or airline check-in?
No. Do not submit test confirmations to an airline, consulate, or immigration authority.
How long does a reservation last?
The provider determines the hold deadline. We display the actual returned deadline and do not promise 48-hour or 14-day validity.
How do I receive my confirmation?
After successful test order creation, open My reservations. You can view and print a clearly marked demo confirmation. Email delivery is not active.
What about cancellations and refunds?
This demo does not collect money, so no monetary refund applies. Contact in-app support about a test reservation. Commercial terms will be established before real sales.
