Use fictional passenger information. This page explains the current test implementation.

Account and saved records

The hosting platform provides your signed-in user identifier and email. We store your optional display name, searches, saved itinerary, passenger count, provider references, deadlines, reservation state, simulated service fee and support messages. Records are associated with your account.

Passenger details and Duffel

When Duffel Test Mode is selected, passenger names, date of birth, gender, title, email and telephone number are sent server-side to Duffel to create a test order. The local reservation record stores passenger count rather than those detailed fields. Duffel processes information under its own applicable policies. Mock Provider creates simulated records without contacting Duffel.

Payments

No card details are requested or stored. The checkout records only a simulated payment outcome and demo fee. No payment processor is connected.

Technical and support data

Normalized webhook event metadata is stored to prevent duplicate processing and reconcile reservation state. Full sensitive passenger webhook payloads are not stored. Support messages and replies are saved for use within this test site.

Access and retention

The site is owner-private. Saved records are retained until deliberately removed; automatic data-retention deletion has not been implemented. Please avoid entering unnecessary personal information. Contact the operator through in-app support about records you entered.

Before public launch

The final legal bases, retention periods, customer rights process and final privacy policy must be established before this service accepts real customers.
