Demo terms

OnwardHop is currently a private test website for a planned temporary flight reservation service.

No valid travel documents

Every reservation and confirmation produced here is test or simulated data. It is not an airline ticket, boarding pass or valid proof of onward travel. Do not submit it to an airline, consulate or immigration authority.

Service fee and payments

Displayed prices are configurable demo service fees in USD, per passenger. They are separate from the airfare. The checkout simulates payment and collects no actual money or card details. There are no real charges to refund.

What the single offer includes

The starting demo service fee is $14.90 USD per passenger for one itinerary, a saved test confirmation and in-app support. Review the current total at checkout. Hotel bookings, unlimited reservations and free reissues are not included. The service fee does not purchase airfare.

Availability and validity

Test-provider availability varies by route and date. An offer may expire before confirmation. Where a hold deadline is returned, that actual deadline is displayed. A fixed 24-hour or 48-hour validity is not promised. No visa, boarding or entry outcome is guaranteed.

Use fictional details

Use fictional passenger data when testing. Do not enter passport numbers or real payment information. See the privacy information for what is stored and sent to the provider.

Support

Use the in-app support form. Replies appear in the account; no response-time guarantee or email delivery is promised.

Delivery, cancellation and refunds in test mode

Successful test confirmations are delivered digitally in My reservations after the provider responds. No physical items are shipped and no email delivery time is promised. Failed or unavailable searches do not guarantee a reservation. You may leave checkout before confirming. For help with a created test reservation, contact support; contacting support does not itself cancel a provider order. No real payment is collected, so no monetary refund applies. Commercial cancellation and refund terms will be published before real purchases are enabled.

Before a commercial launch

Final pricing, service scope, customer eligibility, cancellation and refund terms must be established before real sales are enabled. These demo terms are not the final terms for a commercial travel service.
